I'm always kind of paranoid about whether I'm being nice to people, so a surefire way to throw me off guard is to ask me if you did something to piss me off because I'm "not being as friendly as usual." ASDFGHKL: it drives me UP A FRICKEN WALL.

Another pet peeve of mine, is when something resembling this happens: Somebody requests an icon from me, I make it, they say omg thx ilu etc. and then they keep it for all of TWO DAYS.
INGRATES.
It's usually not that exact scenario, usually nothing to do with icons, but you get the idea. It just pisses me off. I feel like asking for my gift back so I can give it to someone else who'll maybe appreciate it.

And then there's another socially awkward problem I often run into... I agree to do an art trade or something with someone, but then when the other person finishes their half, it... kind of sucks... >__> and it's especially awkward when I was going to use the art for something... I mean, what do I do? I can't exactly tell them, "Sorry, I can't put this art on a T-shirt like I said I would because it sucks." but I don't want to make a shirt with that art on it either... I just feel pissed when something like this happens and it's an art trade, where I put a lot of time and effort into my half and then I see theirs and they put practically no effort into it... IMO an art trade consists of two artists who make an agreement that "I'll make some art for you if you'll do some for me" and they both put time and effort into it.

I don't want anyone to feel that this journal is directed at them, so, uh, don't feel that way. I'm just letting off steam...
